Performance guarantee for The Intensive and the Brokerage 3-Day Install.
We do not take a percentage of your closings. We do not hold a license or touch your commission structure. The fee is paid in full upfront, and we stay aligned with the broker-owner because the guarantee is tied to behavior, not revenue share.
What we guarantee
If you complete every condition below and do not add at least 3 additional closings in the 12 months following the install, we will refund the full program fee.
Conditions that must be met
- Complete all 18 pillars in The Unforgettable Agent curriculum.
- Film and submit every Situation Room pressure rep assigned during the install.
- Log 90 consecutive days of prospecting activity in the format we prescribe.
- Attend all live sessions or complete the recorded make-up within 14 days.
- Submit the 30-, 60-, and 90-day behavior reviews on schedule.
- Apply the documented follow-up system to every lead generated during the program window.
How to claim
At month 12, send your closing log and the documented conditions to james@beunforgettable.me. We review within 10 business days. If the conditions are met and the closing count is below 3, the refund is issued within 10 business days of approval.
Why we structure it this way
The guarantee is not a marketing trick. It is a filter. We only want agents and brokerages who are willing to do the work. If you show up, film the reps, and log the activity, the behavior changes. If it does not, we do not keep the money.
Payment plans
If cash flow is the real objection, payment plans are available through Stripe for qualifying tiers. We can defer on a date, not on the commitment. Terms are set in writing before you start.
