James began his career as an Infantry Officer in the British Army, rising to the rank of Captain — learning early how people show up in real moments, how leadership is felt before it is spoken, and how presence sets the tone in difficult rooms.
He moved into the commercial world, building and scaling companies, opening international offices, leading regions, hiring and training leaders, and becoming a top global revenue earner in a human capital consulting firm. He has built businesses from zero to tens of thousands of retail locations, worked across formulation, manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing, fundraising and investor relations, and written an S-1 through SEC clearance toward a NASDAQ listing.
Performance has always run alongside business. James is a former British Mile Champion, a current Team USA representative at the World Championships Age Group Triathlon, and a national distance coach for Singapore Athletics. He has also worked in media as a journalist and on-screen host for ESPN STAR Sports.
